I do believe that poetry is everywhere. I love how you can take just a few words and apply a rhythm and rhyme to them, and tell a story. If we put our minds to it, we can do that with life. I think our hearts naturally do this.

Life is poetry, if only we would “pause” (as you mentioned below) long enough to see it. Because poetry unleashes itself in short snippets, it’s filled with pauses. Time to take a breath when the eyes go down a level. Time to notice the white space poetry creates. Time to pay attention to the what’s really important.
